Matched Pair Walnut Live-Edge Industrial Style Benches

Matched pair of walnut live-edge cantilever benches. This "his-n-hers" set is fabricated from a single piece of walnut live edge attached to a 11-gauge steel tube cantilever style base that has been TIG brazed and heat scorched to bring out stunning colors in the heat-affect-zone area.
 
Each slab features a crafted brazed steel end cap secured to the short end for more of that industrial look.  The steel base was roughly sanded but only enough to preserve some of the steel mill varnish keeping its industrial unpainted look but is final finished and protected with layers of a diamond clear gloss coating.
 
Each walnut live-edge slab is 2" thick and about 14" wide and 4 feet long with the seat height at 21" and has been treated with multiple coats of an exterior gloss spar-varnish. When you set them end-on-end the natural live edge continuously follows from each piece.
 
The "male" piece has a slight end angle with the "hers" piece being a few inches longer. Could be either sitting benches or end tables/coffee tables. Would look great sitting in a sunroom or patio.
 
The bench is made in the Rocket City - so it was constructed to look the part.
 
The industrial steel base is coated with multiple layers of a diamond clear gloss finish that will offer many years of protection.
