Red Oklahoma Cedar Double Cantilever Memorial Bench

This is a stunning Double Cantilever Style memorial Red Cedar Steel Bench. The piece represents the fusion of a large slab of attractive finished red cedar with TIG-brazed square tubing and select elements of rocket engine test hardware.
The 9 foot long seat is crafted from 100 year old Oklahoma live edge Red Cedar finished with overlapping coats of exterior gloss spar varnish with ends finished in a durably poly-wax coating which will hold up to the elements.
 
RSC fabricated a custom cow brand displaying the initials "M" & "H" for Murphy Homes which is proudly centered and sealed within the center of the seat below the name memorial name plaque.
 
The double cantilever square tube frame is constructed from 11 gauge 2" ASTM-A513 carbon steel which has been TIG welded/brazed together with a vibrant silicon bronze material. The bench incorporates an RSC signature TIG brazed-in stainless steel tube fittings and precision bent stainless run tubing mimicking rocket engine testing hardware fashioned into the double cantilever base structure.
 
The bench is made in the Rocket City - so it was constructed to look the part.
 
And finally, the industrial steel base is coated with multiple layers of a diamond clear gloss finish that will offer many years of protection.
